Refund policy
NoBadLuck is print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only when orders are placed. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported in the case of wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind.
However, in the event of a damaged product or a production error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 15 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team at team.nobadluck@gmail.com and provide the order details, description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damaged product.
If similar issues are present in multiple products with the same design, please provide additional photos (or videos) showing all affected items.
To be eligible for a return, item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If order is placed with incorrect shipping detail, wrong size or color we are not able to offer replacements or refunds. Please ensure that items and shipping information are correct before placing the order.
