1. How long will it take for my order to be processed? (U.S. domestic orders only)
We process all orders within 1-3 business days after the order is placed and as soon as your payment is verified. Business days are Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays.
Delivery time is 2-5 days for U.S. continental states. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can take additional 7 – 12 business days.
Orders may take longer than usual during holiday and sale seasons.

2. Can shipping address be changed after order is placed?
Orders are processed and sent to production as quickly as possible so we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. Please contact us as soon as possible with your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address to update the shipping information.

3. I received my order, but one or more items were damaged.
If the product received is damaged or there is a production error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 15 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team at team.nobadluck@gmail.com and provide the order details, description of the issue, and clear photo showing the damaged product.
If similar issues are present in multiple products with the same design, please provide additional photos (or videos) showing all affected items.
To be eligible for a return, item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

4. What should I do when tracking status said Delivered but package cannot be found?
In the case of lost package, please double check if the submitted address is 100% accurate as a small typo can cause a delivery failure.
If the address is correct, please contact the local post office for more information. Occasionally, when package arrives at the destination city, package is stored at the local post office and the recipient must collect the package from there.
If your tracking number says delivered, and the address at checkout matches the address where package was shipped to, we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced or lost. Stolen and lost packages are nonrefundable.
However, if package still cannot be recovered after both steps have been completed, please reach out to our Support team at team.nobadluck@gmail.com. We will investigate it further and offer a free replacement when possible if we determine that there was no error on the customer’s side.
